Founded in Victoria, BC in 2002, Deckers has grown to serve clients around the globe. Our track record of providing innovate solutions has enabled our clients to achieve the success they had always worked for, but for whatever reason seemed to have struggled.

Our background is in Information Technology & Marketing that dates back to the late 1980's with a core foundation in academic psychology. This unique blend of knowledge and experience allows us to successfully place our clients at that top of their sector.

From small businesses to large enterprise (Husky Oil, Nova Corporation, Boeing, Coca-cola), to institutions (University of Victoria, NAIT, University of Alberta, a variety of school districts) to non-profits (Out of the Rain, Sierra Club, Cool-Aid Society, Inner City Youth Works) Deckers' skills and talent have been utilized by those large and small in long term and short term contracts to meet marketing, technology, and business objectives.
